Policies

Local Delivery:

To qualify for local delivery, you must be within a 15 mile radius of my work location (near White Oak Village in Henrico) which will be determined by your shipping address at checkout.  If you do not know me personally and wish to do an in-person pickup/dropoff, we can communicate via email or phone to arrange a socially distant meet where we both feel comfortable.   

 

Shipping and Processing time:

Allow 2-4 business days of processing time and 5-7 days for shipping (dependent upon carrier). 

 

Lost Mail: 

I am not responsible for lost packages - once a package leaves my care, responsibility falls upon the mail carrier. 

Returns or Exchanges:

I do not offer returns, exchanges, or credit for products. Please read/examine item listings thoroughly so you can anticipate size and color. Polymer clay patterns may differ slightly from the displayed image. This is normal with handmade products. 

Damaged Earrings: 

If your earrings arrive damaged, reach out immediately to receive a refund, replacement or credit. If care tips are followed, your earrings should survive everyday wear. If something occurs, ie. *you’re removing the pair and the back comes off, a jump ring opens and part of your earring is lost, etc. contact me to rectify the situation and come to an agreement.
